Skills: Connect44 is currently looking for a The Field Operations Team Leader to be based in Albania.
Main tasks: Receive trouble tickets from customer on the web tool (via phone call in case of emergency situation) during normal working hours.
Receive phone calls only in case of emergency out of the normal working time (nighttime and holidays). Open trouble tickets web tool, dispatching them to flm teams
Contact customers and flm teams to update incomplete ticket report.
Monitor ticket status, ensuring to the flm teams proper problem escalation to Advanced Support Staff, when needed Guarantees ticket closing in the agreed time and with all the info requested Upon request, inform customers about ticket status
Monitor preventive maintenance schedule
Collect all the tickets documents from the flm teams (photo, reports and so on) Solve day by day problem (es. site access problems) interfacing with customer and flm teams
Prepare the activity reports agreed between Op. Manager and customer
Upon request by Op. Manager, attend meetings with customer and flm team manager
Requirements: Good knowledge of Albanian geography
Albanian language (preferred mother tongue) English language (excellent) Good understanding of Microsoft Office
General understanding of mobile network is preferred
General understanding of air conditioning/power/civil work problem is preferred
