Our client is looking for RAN Transmission Troubleshooter.
Responsibilities:
1. Level 1 RAN & TX troubleshooting (E//, Motorola, Huawei, Alcatel, Fujitsu, NSN)
2. AFS (RF & IF,IBC and OD) troubleshooting
3. Basic Fiber transmission knowledge (Huawei) -LL under CTS
4. Basic Femto/Nano troubleshooting
5. Basic knowledge and troubleshooting skills on sites facilities (power,lighting, genset, aircond, rectifier)
6. Conduct sites preventive and corrective maintenance
7. Ability to audit elements
8. Communications skills with OLO's and governance; also with customer complaints - VIP & non-VIP
9. SKMM regulatory knowledge for license checks and adhoc visits
10. Landlord/Tenants liaison
11. Spares and test gears management for base
12. Test gears usage (Sig Gen. VSWR, Pwr Meter)
13. Trained with 4WD & Defensive Driving
14. Computer skills - Excel, Word, Powerpoint
15. Basic analytical and on-the-spot decision-making traits
