GSM competence resource/candidate:
- Competence in Cell Design Data configuration for GSM network.
- To ensure minimum interruption upon site swap.
- To ensure cells, clusters, netwrok KPI retain after GSM site swap.
- To perform SSV, SSO, cluster acceptance upon sites swap.
- Able to analys drive test measurement and propose and execute improvement plan.
- Perform network consistency upon and after site swap.
- Able to organise drive test within tight time line.
- Able to coordinate troubleshooting when situation arise.
- Proactive.
- Competence in performing initial tuning and optimisation.
