Project Manager for Network Planning and Optimization

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS FOR THE PERSONNEL

• Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Electrical or Telecommunications or related field

• Valid Malaysian or International Driving license

• Valid Malaysia CIDB Green Card or equivalent (e.g. NIOSH TM Safety Passport)

WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS FOR THE PERSONNEL

Typically 3-6 years relevant experience in 2G-2.5G-3G Network Planning & Optimization projects.

• Fully competent. Uses functionally specific knowledge.

• Performs day-to-day activates to meet NWP project objectives. Shares knowledge with less

experienced peers and be able to provide innovative ideas.

• At good level with deep and wide enough network planning & optimization experience.

• Knowledge of Nokia and non-Nokia BSS / Utran parameters

• Radio network optimization skills

• Nokia Siemens Tools Knowledge – is an advantage

• Understand and be able met on the KPI target setting

• Strong communication and Team-working skills

• To attend Weekly Customer Meeting
